Arkna provides technical evidence infrastructure for AI agent activity. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs); where this policy and the APPs differ, the APPs prevail.
Account & contact details you give us (name, work email, company, role) when you request a review or correspond with us. Product telemetry from the Arkna service necessary to operate it. Agent-run records you choose to capture, which are redacted of personal information by default; capturing PII is the exception you configure, not our default.
Customer records remain in your environment. Arkna references your source records rather than copying them by default. Only de-identified aggregates leave your tenant, and only where you opt in. You can export or delete your data at any time; access, retention and export are scoped to the workflow under review.
The managed service runs in Amazon Web Services, Asia Pacific (Sydney · ap-southeast-2). BYOK and in-VPC / on-premise deployment are available where stricter data-residency or isolation is required.
To provide and secure the service, respond to your enquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not price your risk, and we have no stake in any decision your agents make.
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and may complain about how we handle it. Contact info@arkna.com.au. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
